The school organizes four half-day and one whole-day activities per week, Monday through Friday. These involve excursions, sporting activities and cultural events. The school in Biarritz additionally offers an entertaining combination of French and Surfing lessons for those who love jumping in the ocean.
Participants board with carefully selected host families, who often have children of their own of the same age. With their host families, students have the opportunity to practise their French skills in a real environment. Weekends are spent with the host families, which often proves to be a culturally enriching experience.

1. Program in Biarritz
Biarritz, a sea-side resort of 40,000 inhabitants on the Atlantic coast, is situated just 12 km from Spain. Internationally known for its sandy beaches spanning over 3 km, Biarritz is a surfer's paradise. It is the Capital of the Pays-Basque, an authentic and rich region proud of its rich history influenced by both Anglo-Saxon and Spanish cultures. Its proximity with Spain has further enriched the unique traditions found in Biarritz. Young people are attracted to this city as there are many pedestrian shopping streets, surf shops, cafés with lively and cosmopolitan terraces. It is also a sporty city: in addition to surfing, visitors can also enjoy body boarding, horse-riding, rafting, ice-skating, golf, tennis, rugby and pelote basque.The school is situated in the middle of town. It is well equipped and offers all the facilities that students may require.
Full day activities in Biarritz include:
- Excursion to the old town of Saint Jean de Luz with its shopping centers and beach
- Excursions to San Sebastian, Spain, to enjoy the Spanish coast
- Excursions to discover “Basque Country”
Half day activities in Biarritz include:
- Guided tour and visit of the town
- Trip to the local chocolate museum with a tasting
- Visit to the museum of the sea in Biarritz
- Visit to the historic port city of Bayonne
French and Surf Program
In addition to our standard course, participants in at Biarritz may also opt to take advantage of the region's magnificent beaches and waves through our surf program. The course is designed for students of all levels, even those who have never surfed before. Upon completion, students receive a certificate of completion from the Fench Surfer Federation. Our qualified coaching staff provides instruction and guidance. Equipment is available at no extra cost.In this program, each week includes 15 French lessons, one complete day excursion and 3 afternoons of surfing.

1. Program in Brétigny sur Orge, Paris
Brétigny sur Orge, a quiet and growing city of 200 000 inhabitants, in the heart of the Essonne (91) region, offers all the quality of life of a provincial town. Brétigny has kept its green landscapes since its foundation in the Roman times.Brétigny is situated at only 20 minutes from the centre of Paris by local train.
The school is situated in a wide and beautiful park. It houses an amphitheatre, classrooms and a cafeteria. It is a 5 to 10 minutes walk from the town centre.
